Description: Nisarga Diagnostics is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office Executive to be the face of our healthcare facility. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Handle patient registrations, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups
• Maintain front desk operations, phone calls, emails, and inquiries
• Coordinate with medical and diagnostic staff to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain accurate records and support billing or admin tasks as required
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front office area
• Manage and resolve basic patient concerns with empathy and clarity

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate or equivalent education preferred
• Prior experience in a healthcare or diagnostic center is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, emails, data entry)
• Professional appearance and customer service mindset
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
