8.2 Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment, users receive confirmation via:

8.3 Refund & Cancellation Policy
We maintain a transparent refund policy:
Service not fulfilled due to operational issue → Full refund
Duplicate payment or failed transaction with deduction → Full refund
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within
5–7 business days, subject to provider timelines.
8.4 Failed Transactions
If funds are deducted but service is not confirmed:
The amount is automatically reversed within 5–7 working days.
Users may contact support if the refund is delayed.
8.5 Disputes & Chargebacks
Users are encouraged to contact Nisarga Diagnostics Support
first for resolution. If unresolved, disputes may be raised with the payment
